We are partnering with a well-established financial services organization to look for a Sales Supervisor who will lead a small team and drive business growth within the SME segment, focusing on asset-based financing solutions for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Delivery
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives to achieve business targets
- Monitor team performance and ensure effective execution of sales strategies
- Provide hands-on guidance in client engagement, deal structuring, and closing
Business Development
- Identify and acquire new SME clients across sectors such as manufacturing, construction, and related industries
- Develop client pipeline through multiple channels (direct outreach, networking, referrals, etc.)
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate clients
Solution Advisory
- Understand client needs and propose suitable financing solutions aligned with their business operations
- Support clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from initial engagement to contract finalization
Risk Awareness
- Conduct initial assessments of client profiles and financial conditions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., credit and risk teams) to facilitate deal approval
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience (small team size acceptable)
- Proven track record in B2B sales within financial services, leasing, banking, or related industries
- Strong leadership with hands-on involvement in sales execution
- Experience in coaching and developing team members
- Good communication skills in English
