BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB
The Customer Service Officer is directly responsible for performing data entry and related duties for the Customer Service function. Also to contribute to the continual development of customer service activities – customer liaison, project management of key accounts, reports and administrative tasks.
This pivotal role requires interaction with Customer Service, Keying Department, BDM and customers in Australia and the Vietnam Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY
  • Manage administrative duties – order entry, stock receipt, creating shipments, order checking, invoicing, order cross-checking.
  • Oversee the retail key orders end-to-end process, co-ordinate and work closely with Junior Customer Service.
  • To successfully co-ordinate and manage project orders
  • Manage customer queries – via emails and verbally, all website enquiries.
  • Develop weekly and monthly reports for appropriate managers.
  • Communicate and co-ordinate with internal departments, Liaise with warehouses and couriers to track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
  • Assist in resolving returns, warranty claims, and stock discrepancies.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 4+ years experience in customer service role.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, attention to detail and problem solving skills.
  • Excellent time management skills, including the ability to discern priorities, plan ahead and coordinate with others to complete tasks.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing in a professional manner in English.
  • Knowledge of and experience using ERP software.

  • Working time: Mon – Fri (7AM – 4PM)
