YOUR ROLE
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead maintenance and process support activities to ensure equipment reliability, facility readiness, and efficient manufacturing operations. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs, support new equipment and process development, and manage team performance to meet plant objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and execute total maintenance programs for machinery, equipment, tooling, and facilities
  • Plan, monitor, and ensure timely execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities
  • Lead troubleshooting and problem-solving activities for equipment and process issues
  • Drive maintenance cost optimization and utility cost-saving initiatives
  • Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components
  • Coordinate with government authorities on matters related to equipment, fire protection, building, and utilities
  • Support process and equipment development projects, including tooling and system setup
  • Develop and manage project plans for equipment installation, upgrades, and infrastructure setup
  • Ensure BOE/BOP updates and technical documentation accuracy
  • Support implementation and maintenance of manufacturing and IT-related systems
  • Support new business quotations, investment planning, and MSD preparation
  • Lead testing, analysis, and validation of new processes and equipment
  • Share best practices and lessons learned with plant and regional engineering teams
  • Lead and manage maintenance/process team daily activities, including resource allocation
  • Manage maintenance section budget and cost control
  • Develop team capability through training, coaching, and performance evaluation

Environment, Health & Safety (EHS)
  • Comply with Versigent EHS policies and support site EHS objectives and targets
  • Ensure compliance with all safety rules, procedures, and legal requirements
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and environmentally responsible working environment
  • Identify, report, and follow up on unsafe conditions, unsafe acts, and hazards
  • Support risk assessments, incident investigations, and corrective actions
  • Promote safety awareness, safe behaviour, and continuous EHS improvement

YOUR BACKGROUND
  • Experience in maintenance, process engineering, or equipment support within manufacturing environment
  • Strong technical knowledge in electrical and mechanical systems
  • Experience in equipment troubleshooting and process support
  • Experience managing maintenance teams and daily operations
  • Familiar with plant utilities, facilities, and manufacturing systems
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or maintenance role, including supervisory experience
  • Experience dealing with government authorities (e.g. BOMBA, DOSH) is required
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic computer applications
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Willingness to work under pressure and travel when required
