Job Purpose:
As a Recruitment Team Leader, you are responsible for guiding the team and dedicated to the overall co-ordination of the end-to-end recruitment activity, handle the sourcing, and build up candidate pool, recruitment activities and supervisor the recruitment activities in HN.

You will work closely with Recruitment Manager, Department heads and team members.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Recruitment
- Proactively conduct end-to-end recruitment of staff and Supervisor/ Team Leader/ Manager level including searching, interviewing, recruiting new hires, replacement as requested.
- Manage the recruitment activities including interview arrangement, database update on system, update interview result…
- Closely work with hiring Team Leaders/ Managers and others related to recruitment to ensure number of placements, fill rate, lead time.
- Involve in initial interviews, package negotiation, reference checks, pre-employment health check.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with core candidates to ensure loyalty.
- Ensure good and accurate candidate database and recruitment report to be maintained and updated on regular basis.
- Ensure hiring timelines are met without compromising candidate quality
- Prepare and validate weekly/monthly/quarterly recruitment reports for management meeting as requested.
- Prepare welcome kit & take the lead in conducting office tour
- Join in EB campaign/ activities to enrich candidate pools
- Leading & guiding recruitment team to delivery recruitment orders, manage recruitment workload and allocate job orders based on recruiter capacity and skill level.
- Provide & support team growth in sourcing, interviewing, stakeholder management, and closing skills.
- Standardize and continuously improve recruitment processes and workflows
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and propose practical improvement solutions
- Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and collaboration
- Support Training Manager in coordinating and organizing training programs in Hanoi.
- Other admin tasks in HN office, including event organization and as assigned.
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, including Executive Search/headhunting, senior-level and Back Office positions is preferred.
- At least 2 years in a senior or team lead role.
- Experience handling both mass hiring and high-level searches.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent professional English.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proactive, can manage multiple priorities, with a strong can-do attitude.
