supply and local market development. As Vietnam continues to grow as a key automotive market in Southeast Asia, CTR is expanding its aftermarket business and strengthening its local sales team to capture new opportunities.
Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven and proactive sales professional to support and drive the growth of our aftermarket business in Vietnam.
This role focuses on strong execution and sales performance. The successful candidate will manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and effectively execute sales strategies in alignment with company direction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Execution and Target Achievement
• Drive revenue growth and support the achievement of sales targets across assigned accounts and territory
• Execute sales plans and initiatives in line with company strategy
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Identify sales opportunities and take proactive actions to grow business
2. Key Account and Distributor Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and major customers
• Manage day-to-day business with distributors to ensure smooth operations and performance
• Support sell-in and sell-out activities across the channel
• Ensure alignment with company policies and sales direction
3. Market Development and Channel Support
• Expand customer base and develop new business opportunities in the aftermarket
• Conduct regular market visits to distributors, sub-dealers, and workshops
• Support execution of go-to-market activities across the channel
• Provide feedback from the field to improve sales effectiveness
4. Sales Performance and Reporting
• Monitor sales performance and customer activities
• Identify gaps and suggest improvement actions
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and updates as required
5. Marketing and Commercial Activities
• Support and execute marketing activities such as promotions, events, and campaigns
• Work closely with marketing teams to ensure effective implementation
• Collect market feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
6. Market Insights and Communication
• Gather market intelligence including customer needs and competitor activities
• Share insights with internal teams to support decision-making
• Act as a key communication bridge between customers and internal stakeholders
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in B2B sales or key account management
• Experience in the automotive aftermarket industry is preferred
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Experience working with distributors or dealers is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Willingness to travel within Vietnam
• Fluent in English
