ROLE OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead operations across the portfolio (office building & serviced apartment and upcoming projects). You will oversee customer-facing teams and back-of-house functions, maintaining high service standards and ensuring the portfolio operates efficiently.
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage day-to-day operations across all properties in the portfolio.
  • Lead customer-facing teams: front desk, concierge, and tenant relations.
  • Oversee back-of-house operations: cleaning, maintenance, and IT
  • Set and enforce service standards benchmarked to international hospitality norms.
  • Manage vendor contracts and third-party service providers.
  • Develop and monitor operational budgets, maintenance schedules, and KPIs.
  • Coordinate with leasing and finance teams on tenant onboarding and retention.
  • Report regularly to senior management on performance and operational matters.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 10+ years of experience in property management and/or hospitality operations
  • Prior experience at an international hotel management company (e.g. Marriott, Accor) preferred.
  • Managerial experience at a local Vietnamese operator (e.g. MVillage) is an advantage.
  • Candidates from pure property advisory or agency backgrounds are not suitable
  • Strong leadership skills; comfortable managing both white-collar and blue-collar teams.
  • Hands-on operator, this is an active operations role.
  • Basic English proficiency required.
