AI Tester

Job Description

• Participate in testing activities for AI-driven systems, including LLM (Large Language Models), Chatbots, and Generative AI applications used in banking and financial services
• Analyze business requirements and AI use cases to design comprehensive Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases covering functional and non-functional aspects
• Perform various types of testing, including:
  • API Testing (RESTful services, integrations)
  • Database Testing (SQL-based validation)
  • Web/Mobile Application Testing
• Evaluate and validate AI outputs based on key quality dimensions such as:
  • Accuracy (correctness of responses)
  • Relevancy (context alignment)
  • Consistency (stable outputs across similar inputs)
  • Hallucination detection (incorrect or fabricated information)
• Design test approaches for prompt validation, edge cases, and scenario-based AI behavior testing
• Identify, log, and track defects using tools like Jira, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation
• Collaborate closely with Developers, AI Engineers, and Product teams to debug issues, improve model performance, and enhance overall system quality
• Contribute to improving QA processes, AI testing frameworks, and best practices
• Support UAT and ensure high-quality delivery before production release

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in Software Testing/QA
• Hands-on experience with API Testing, SQL/Database Testing, Postman, and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira)
• Good understanding or exposure to AI/LLM, Chatbot systems, or Generative AI applications is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Ability to understand and evaluate complex system behavior and data flows
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance domains is highly preferred
