Required Experience:
Education & Qualifications
• Diploma or Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Industrial Engineering diploma level qualification preferred
• Lean Green Belt certification is an advantage
Experience
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience
• Experience in time and motion study is required
• Background in science-based disciplines is preferred
• Experience in value stream mapping is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
• Strong data analysis skills
Proficient in:
• Microsoft Excel
• Microsoft Word
• Microsoft Office tools
• Minitab
• Good time management skills
• Training and coaching capability (“train the trainer”)
• Strong attention to detail
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead and influence teams and individuals
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain action plans to support key objectives
Language Requirement
• Good command of English
