Project Manager

• Supervise construction quality, progress, cost, and safety.
• Review designs (concept, basic, and technical).
• Review legal documentation for new projects.
• Study and propose concept plan designs for new projects.
• Resolve technical issues related to office buildings.
• Attend project meetings and conduct site visits to support the above activities.
• Prepare reports for management and relevant stakeholders.

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Construction.
• Business-level proficiency in English.
• Experience as a Project Manager for residential projects(high-rise/low-rise).
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and methods
• Able to develop and review concept designs.
• Project management and problem-solving skills.
• Communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in required software (AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.).
