MES System Analyst Lead

• The MES, System Analyst Lead is responsible for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) related business processes, system support, and digital manufacturing initiatives for the manufacturing site.  
• The role focuses on Camstar MES system support, business analysis, and system improvement to ensure stable and efficient manufacturing operations.  
• In addition to technical responsibilities, the role will provide technical leadership for MES related projects and system improvements, ensuring successful delivery of manufacturing system solutions.  
• The role will also lead and manage a team of Business Analysts (BA) supporting MES and manufacturing system initiatives. The Team Lead will guide the BA team in requirement analysis, business process improvement, and documentation for manufacturing systems.  
• The candidate is expected to work closely with manufacturing users, engineering teams, and global IT teams to analyse manufacturing requirements, design system solutions, and drive continuous improvement.  
• The role will also support manufacturing digitalization initiatives, including manufacturing data reporting, system integration, and internal manufacturing system tools that improve operational efficiency and support smart manufacturing development.  
• The candidate will collaborate closely with China MES team and global IT teams and cross site collaboration.  
• The company is looking for a highly motivated individual with strong technical capability, leadership skills, and commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement. 

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline. Advanced degree is a plus   
• Minimum 7+ years of experience supporting or implementing MES systems in a manufacturing environment.  
• Hands-on experience with MES platforms such as Camstar (preferred) or other MES systems.  
• Strong experience in requirement collection, business process analysis, and MES solution design.  
• Experience troubleshooting MES system issues in production environments.  
• Experience documenting manufacturing processes and system workflows.  
• Experience working with manufacturing data, reporting, and system documentation.  
• Experience leading or coordinating MES implementation or system improvement projects.  
• Experience managing or mentoring Business Analysts (BA) or technical team members is highly preferred.  
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in manufacturing operations.  
• Exposure to system integration, manufacturing data reporting, or digital manufacturing initiatives is a plus.  
• Good command of spoken and written Vietnamese and English, Chinese would be preferred.
