BASIC FUNCTION OF THE JOB:
• This job is to direct and oversee the all the development & execution administrative support and support thought leadership including Company Events, VIP Guest Services, Engagement Activities, CSR/ESG Activities, ect and Office Operations at assigned Bus/locations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in one of following majors of: Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality Management, Legal, Marketing, Economic, Languages, Management, Or relevant.
• 8+ years of related working experience in General Affairs, Public Relations or Employee Engagement in a manufacturing company with 3+ years of managerial/leadership experience.
• Excellent command / highly proficient in spoken and written Vietnamese and English.
• Good understanding of government operations and policies.
• Experience in engaging a broad section of the government, regulatory agencies, hotel, event organizer.
• Good at negotiating, networking and relationship building skills.
• Should have a working understanding of computing technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and should be able to represent Company at external platforms and at senior governmental levels.
• A team player, comfortable working in a multi-cultural environment, ability to work in a demanding environment; someone who can interact effectively across global and culturally diverse organizations.
• Ability to comprehend and manage the various cultural, language, regulatory, and business practices associated with a multinational business operation
• Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross-cultural, global team environment
• Ability to deal effectively with differences of opinion, to influence, to draw ideas from others, and to negotiate and mediate without compromising on the ultimate business goals of sustained profitable revenue and market share growth.
• Experience with integrating social media into event planning and execution.
• Experience in managing VIPs, C-level executives, and celebrities
