Logistics Outbound

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Order (DO) issuance: Prepare and issue DO based on confirmed sales orders, delivery plans, and required internal procedures to support timely dispatch.
• Delivery follow-up: Coordinate with warehouse, transporters, and internal teams to monitor delivery progress, follow up pending shipments, and provide timely updates when required.
• Issue recording and escalation: Record delivery issues such as delays, wrong quantity, damaged goods, missing documents, or customer feedback, and escalate to the responsible team for resolution.
• POD collection and checking: Collect POD documents from transporters or related parties, verify completeness and accuracy of delivery information, and follow up on missing or incorrect PODs.
• Document control and reporting support: Maintain delivery records, update tracking files, support document filing, and prepare basic status reports to ensure visibility of delivery progress and outstanding issues.

Work Location and Support Requirements: The position will be based at the Ho Chi Minh office. Phone allowance and building parking fee support are required to enable daily coordination with warehouse, transporters, and customers.

Job Requirements

• Education: College or university degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred.
• Experience: Experience or internship in logistics, delivery coordination, customer service, warehouse coordination, or order processing is an advantage.
• Skills: Good coordination and follow-up skills; careful and detail-oriented in document checking; basic Microsoft Excel skills; able to work with internal teams, warehouse, and transporters; able to record and report delivery issues clearly.
• Language: Vietnamese fluency is required; basic English reading and writing skills are preferred for document handling and internal communication.
