Job Purpose

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) supports the setup and ramp-up of Company by executing HR operations and ensuring workforce readiness, operational stability and compliance.

This is a senior, hands-on HR role designed for a greenfield setup, with a strong focus on execution and operational delivery. The role operates under the direction of the Head of HR and supports line managers in day-to-day HR matters.

The HRBP contributes to the implementation of HR practices aligned with business needs, while HR strategy, organisational design and system ownership remain under the responsibility of the Head of HR.


Key Accountabilities

1. Workforce Execution & Business Support

  • Execute workforce plans aligned with ramp-up timeline and business priorities

  • Provide day-to-day HR support to line managers to ensure workforce readiness

  • Support workforce planning activities when required, under the direction of the Head of HR

2. Recruitment & Workforce Readiness

  • Execute end-to-end recruitment aligned with approved hiring plans

  • Ensure hiring timelines, quality and workforce readiness for production ramp-up

3. Onboarding & Employee Lifecycle

  • Manage onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires

  • Support employee lifecycle processes and maintain accurate HR documentation

4. HR Operations & Systems

  • Execute HR processes, policies and daily HR operations

  • Support the use of UKG HR systems for employee data management

  • Coordinate with the Head of HR on system-related activities when required

  • Support HR documentation related to payroll in alignment with C&B

5. Employee Relations

  • Act as a key HR contact for employees and line managers

  • Handle employee matters in a practical and timely manner

6. HR Compliance

  • Ensure HR practices comply with Vietnam labour law and company policies

  • Support labour registration, internal regulations and HR documentation

7. HR Setup Projects & Continuous Improvement

  • Support HR setup activities including policies, onboarding and processes

  • Identify operational issues and propose improvements under direction of Head of HR


Person Specification (for a fully competent job holder)

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field

Experience

  • 7–10 years of HR experience with strong hands-on exposure across recruitment, HR operations and employee relations

  • Experience in manufacturing, factory setup or fast-paced environments is strongly preferred

  • Proven ability to work independently and execute HR activities in lean teams

  • Experience supporting workforce ramp-up or greenfield setup is a strong advantage
