Job Purpose
The Senior HRBP serves as the strategic HR partner for assigned legal entities, business units, or manufacturing plants. This role collaborates closely with management teams to align people strategies with business objectives, strengthen organizational capability, and drive talent, leadership, culture, and workforce effectiveness.
Acting as the primary HR contact for leaders and employees, the position ensures the successful implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs while maintaining compliance with labor regulations and fostering positive employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Business Partnership

Partner with management teams to develop and implement people strategies that support business objectives.

Provide strategic HR guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent management, and change initiatives.

Translate business priorities into actionable HR strategies, programs, and solutions.

Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people-related matters and organizational challenges.
Talent & Performance Management

Drive performance management processes and support leaders in building high-performing teams.

Partner with stakeholders on talent review, succession planning, leadership development, and employee growth initiatives.

Identify capability gaps and recommend development solutions aligned with business needs.

Support talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning activities.
Employee Relations & Labor Compliance

Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace issues.

Foster a positive employee experience and maintain healthy employer-employee relationships.

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and employment regulations.

Support investigations, disciplinary actions, grievance handling, and conflict resolution when required.
HR Operations & Service Delivery

Ensure effective execution of HR programs, policies, and processes in alignment with the HR service delivery model.

Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (CoEs) to deliver integrated HR solutions.

Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights and recommendations to management.

Support organizational change, transformation projects, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements

Education & Professional Qualifications
-
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, English, or a related field.
-
Master's Degree in Human Resources Management is an advantage.

Professional HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, AHRI, or equivalent) are preferred.
Experience
-
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience.
-
At least 5 years of experience in an HRBP, HR Manager, or equivalent leadership role within a manufacturing environment.

Proven experience in performance management, talent development, employee relations, organizational development, and change management.

Strong background in HR operations, labor compliance, and employee relations.

Demonstrated success in talent development and/or talent acquisition initiatives with measurable business impact.
Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of Vietnam labor law and HR best practices.

Solid business acumen with expertise in organizational design and workforce planning.

Ability to translate business strategies into effective people strategies and HR solutions.

Strong analytical capabilities with advanced MS Excel skills and experience utilizing HR data for decision-making.

Excellent stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.

Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization abilities.

Language

Fluent in Vietnamese and English, both written and verbal.
