Investment Manager (Senior)

• Independently lead financial analysis and execution workstreams for investment, capital raising, refinancing, and divestment transactions.
• Build and maintain sophisticated financial models, valuation analyses, return scenarios, and sensitivity analyses to support strategic decision-making.
• Structure transactions by evaluating various financing and investment alternatives, optimizing commercial and financial outcomes.
• Prepare high-quality investment materials including investment memorandums, pitch decks, management presentations, board papers, and investor presentations.
• Work closely with existing and prospective investors, lenders, strategic partners, and advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle, supporting due diligence, negotiations, and execution.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, tax, asset management, and external consultants to ensure timely completion of transaction milestones.
• Support negotiation and review of transaction documentation including term sheets, MOUs, sale and purchase agreements, joint venture agreements, financing agreements, and other commercial contracts.
• Monitor portfolio performance, valuation updates, exit scenarios, and market conditions to identify divestment and value realization opportunities.
• Conduct market research, comparable transaction analysis, and industry benchmarking to support investment recommendations and strategic initiatives.
• Prepare concise analytical reports and recommendations for senior management and the Board.

• 8+ years of experience in real estate investment, corporate finance, asset management, or other institutional investment environments.
• Strong execution experience in investment transactions, M&A, capital raising, restructuring, refinancing, or divestment.
• Advanced financial modeling, valuation, and investment analysis capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to independently develop investment models, business cases, and financial scenarios with minimal supervision.
• Extensive experience preparing investor-grade pitch decks, investment memorandums, board presentations, and other transaction-related materials.
• Experience working directly with institutional investors, private equity funds, banks, family offices, or strategic partners.
• Strong understanding of deal structuring, transaction processes, due diligence, and commercial negotiations.
• Experience reviewing and negotiating transaction documentation is highly preferred.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and business writing skills in English.
• Highly self-driven, resourceful, commercially minded, and comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced investment environment.
