JOB PURPOSE
As a payroll consultant, your main responsibility is to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with current labor regulations, contributing to employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

As a payroll consultant, your main responsibility is to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with current labor regulations, contributing to employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
- Manage and update payroll data, allowances, deductions, and related items
- Ensure compliance with PIT, social insurance, and labor laws
- Support data verification and respond to payroll-related inquiries
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve payroll issues
- Others.
- Candidate must have a bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields
- 1 ~3 years of professional experience in C&B functions
- Good experience in Outsourcing Service and payroll is a plus
- Good understanding of local labor law and regulations
- Must possess effective communication skills
- Can do attitude
- Excellent customer service mindset.
