QA Supervisor

Reports to: Engineer Manager
Location: Dong Nai (Long Thanh) – New Manufacturing Site (shuttle bus provided)
Working time: Monday to Friday
Salary: Negotiable

Job Purpose:
Lead daily quality activities to make sure products meet company and customer requirements. Support building a simple and effective quality system for a new factory and keep quality stable during ramp-up.

Key Accountabilities:
1. Daily Quality Control

• Supervise inspection of incoming materials, in-process checks, and final products Make sure products meet required standards (appearance, dimensions, performance)
• Support production teams to maintain stable quality on the line

2. Lab Testing

• Oversee basic testing of materials and products
• Ensure equipment is used correctly and results are reliable
• Support release of finished products based on test results

3. Issue Handling & Improvement

• Investigate quality issues and find root causes
• Work with Production and Engineering to fix issues and prevent recurrence 
• Track key quality results (defects, yield, customer complaints)

4. Quality System

• Support setting up and maintaining simple quality procedures and work instructions
• Ensure daily operations follow agreed standards
• Support internal and external audits when needed

5. Supplier & Incoming Quality

• Check incoming materials and highlight any issues
• Work with suppliers to resolve quality problems

6. Team Leadership

• Lead QA inspectors and lab technicians
• Plan shifts and daily work
• Train team on inspection methods and basic quality practices.

7. New Product & Ramp-up Support

• Support trial runs and new product introduction
• Check quality before mass production starts
• Work closely with teams during ramp-up phase

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
• Equivalent practical experience in manufacturing quality (foam, polymer, footwear) will also be considered.

Experience:

• 5–8 years in Quality Assurance in manufacturing
• Experience in foam, polymer, plastics, or footwear materials is highly preferred  Experience in factory setup or ramp-up is an advantage

Skills:

• Basic understanding of quality inspection and problem-solving
• Exposure to quality tools or problem-solving methods is a plus 
• Experience working in a production environment
• Able to identify issues and work with teams to resolve them
• English: Working level
