EHS Executive

 

Location: Road 1, Thuan Dao Industrial Park, Long An, Vietnam 
Reporting Line: Directly report to HR Head (Vietnamese)

Job Responsibilities 

• Support daily Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) activities within the factory 

• Monitor and ensure compliance with company safety policies and local regulations 

• Conduct routine safety inspections and identify workplace risks or unsafe conditions 

• Support safety training, onboarding orientation, and internal EHS communication 

• Prepare and maintain EHS documentation, reports, and records 

• Coordinate with related departments on corrective and preventive actions 

• Support incident investigation and follow-up actions when necessary 

• Assist in maintaining a safe and compliant working environment across factory operations 

Requirements 

• At least 2 years of experience in EHS within manufacturing/factory environment 

• Basic understanding of workplace safety regulations and EHS practices 

• Good communication and coordination skills 

• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented mindset 

• Able to commute to Long An (company shuttle bus provided) 

• English communication
