Senior IT Manager - Ecommerce platform

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage backend engineering, infrastructure teams, and external technology partners.
• Design, develop, and optimize large-scale backend systems using Golang and microservices architecture.
• Define system architecture, technical standards, and development best practices.
• Lead system modernization and migration projects, including monolithic-to-microservices transformation.
• Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and high-availability infrastructure.
• Optimize database performance, caching strategies, and distributed systems.
• Oversee integrations with e-commerce platforms, payment gateways, ERP, CRM, and third-party systems.
• Improve SDLC, DevOps, CI/CD processes, system reliability, and infrastructure security.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support business and operational objectives.
• Mentor engineering teams and drive technical excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, backend development, or system architecture
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams or architecture projects
• Strong expertise in:
  • Golang
  • Microservices & distributed systems
  • Database optimization (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis)
  • Infrastructure scalability & cloud-native architecture
  • Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, RabbitMQ/Kafka
• Experience with high-traffic transactional or e-commerce platforms
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Good English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce, retail, or beauty industry
• Familiarity with ELK Stack, Prometheus/Grafana, and AI-assisted development tools
• Experience in startup or fast-scaling environments
