Job Purpose  
Provide operational and administrative support for customer service activities across ASEAN countries, with primary focus on Viet Nam, to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery for both direct customers and business partners 

KEY RESPONSIBILITY 

  • Maintain and ensure accuracy of Install Base (IB) data in SAP, Salesforce, and related systems. 
  • Maintain Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Update Instruction (UI) schedules to support timely service execution. 
  • Post Good receipt spare part to P58. 
  • Check reagent compensation documentation before sending it to BA 
  • Maintain Preventive Maintenance (PM), preparing letters and Update Instruction (UI) schedules to support timely service execution 
  • Calculate productivity and update to OPW 
  • Support quality and compliance activities, including service documentation checks and follow-up on service-related escalations 
  • Support onboarding and offboarding activities, as well as administrative support for Customer Service employees 
  • Process travel claims, training arrangements, IT requests, fixed asset administration, and other operational support activities. 
  • Create Purchase Requisitions (PR), prepare quotations, and support operational purchasing activities. 
  • Generate operational reports and support management reporting requirements. 
  • Coordinate effectively with internal teams, business partners, and customers across ASEAN countries. 
  • Back up coordinating, support, and dispatching Customer Service Engineers (CSE) and Application Specialists (APP) for service activities. 
  • Back up Manage customer service tickets, including monitoring, follow-up, escalation, and closure 

QUALIFICATIONS 

Education 

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Management, Logistics, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields. 
  • Additional certification or training in customer service, SAP, service operations, or project coordination is an advantage. 

Experience 

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in customer service administration, service coordination, dispatch planning, or operational support roles. 
  • Strong communication in English 
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, engineering services, or technical service industries is preferred. 
  • Familiarity with SAP, Salesforce, or service management systems is an advantage. 
  • Experience supporting regional or ASEAN operations is preferred.
