- Co-develop with the CEO the Company’s vision, mission, core values, and long-term strategic objectives.
- Participate in the development of short-term and long-term business operations strategies.
- Establish and lead the performance management system across the Operations division, ensuring execution discipline and continuous improvement across the entire value chain (Farm → Fresh Platform → Distribution).
- Drive Lean/Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives and optimize unit economics across the value chain to enhance productivity, reduce waste, optimize cost-to-serve, and maximize value creation.
- Translate market demand into optimized production plans across owned farms and partner farms; manage capacity, output, quality, and supply reliability.
- Design and manage partnership models with linked farms; standardize technical practices; improve efficiency and scale up flexible supply in line with growth strategy.
- Operate and optimize post-harvest platforms (processing, warehousing, distribution) to maximize product value from harvest to delivery.
- Lead the application of technology and enhancement of value from leftover management to maximize commercial utilization of total output.
- Manage procurement and sourcing strategy, balancing cost, quality, and reliability; control risks while ensuring compliance with internal governance standards.
- Lead the supply planning process to ensure an optimal and synchronized operating plan, balancing market demand, supply capacity, and financial targets.
- Take full ownership of the Operations P&L. Manage and optimize operating budgets.
- Drive initiatives and implement solutions to optimize cost structure and enhance long-term business efficiency.
- Build organizational capabilities across operations (people, process, technology); develop succession pipeline and foster a culture of discipline, transparency, and high performance.
- Bachelor’s degree or above. Preference for Master’s degree (MBA / Operations Management / Supply Chain / Production Management).
- Minimum 12–15 years of experience in operations, manufacturing, or supply chain.
- At least 5–7 years in senior leadership roles (Head/Director level or above), managing multi-site operations.
- Proven experience in operational restructuring, EBITDA improvement, cost optimization, and performance management system development.
- Preference for experience in FMCG, fresh food, agriculture, or integrated E2E business models.
