Responsibilities:
  • Maintains a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.  
  • Ensures proper flow of office procedures and supports by carrying out common office duties for all employees.  
  • Provides all HR-related administrative supports, included but not limited to company events, activities organizing, business trips, external training course support, etc.  
  • Administers day-to-day activities of Contractors, namely Cleaning Team, Driver Team,  
  • Catering or other teams that are assigned by Line Manager.

Skills & Knowledge Required:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Foreign Languages, Business, Economics, Industrial Management, Law, Social Sciences and Humanities, or equivalent specialization.  
  • English: good at English communication.  
  • 2+ years of experience in office management or administrative positions such as: Receptionist, HR Admin, General Affairs, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant  
  • Excellent at English communication and Vietnamese.  
  • Good at interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and the ability to comprehend and communicate effectively at multiple levels within and outside the organization  
  • Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment.  
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities involving external and internal priorities  
  • Ability to excel in a cross-organizational, cross cultural, global team environment  
  • Handle special assignments promptly and professionally.
