HR Admin Coordinator

• Responsible for daily HR and administrative work of the company
• Arrange internal schedules, meetings, business trips, and reception work
• Assist Chinese management team in communication and coordination with local employees
• Support recruitment, onboarding, attendance tracking, and employee documentation
• Coordinate office supplies, logistics, hotel bookings, transportation, and other administrative affairs
• Support communication with local government departments, service providers, and partners when necessary
• Assist in translation and daily Chinese-Vietnamese communication

• Vietnamese local candidate
• Female, under 30 years old
• Able to communicate in Chinese (spoken and written)
• Good communication skills and strong sense of responsibility
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• HR or administration related experience is preferred
• Positive attitude, willing to learn, and able to handle multiple tasks
