The Vice President of Corporate Communications & Brand Strategy is responsible for leading the Group’s overall brand positioning, corporate communications, and marketing communication strategies. This role plays a critical part in strengthening brand equity, enhancing corporate reputation, and driving integrated communication initiatives aligned with the Company’s business objectives and growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group’s long-term branding and communication strategies.
- Lead all corporate branding, public relations, media relations, digital communications, and marketing communication activities.
- Build and maintain a strong and consistent corporate image across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.
- Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning to support strategic business decisions.
- Oversee the planning and implementation of integrated communication campaigns for projects, product launches, sales activities, and corporate events.
- Manage communication budgets, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and optimize return on marketing investment.
- Monitor brand performance and ensure alignment with the Company’s vision, values, and business strategy.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, press, partners, and external stakeholders.
- Lead crisis communication planning and reputation management initiatives when required.
- Develop, mentor, and manage the Communications & Branding team to achieve departmental objectives.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and other internal departments to ensure effective communication execution.
- Perform other strategic assignments as directed by the Chairman or Board of Directors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Communications, Branding, Marketing, or related functions, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong experience in Real Estate, Property Development, Hospitality, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in brand development, integrated marketing communications, and corporate reputation management.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent analytical, planning, presentation, and project management skills.
- Strong network with media agencies, press, and industry partners is an advantage.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
