JOB PURPOSE
The position is responsible for managing and coordinating staffing labor at client sites, ensuring operational efficiency, service quality, and satisfaction for both associates and clients and supporting HR, C&B, finance, and business development activities.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
HR tasks
  • Manage full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, employment and termination as regulation.
  • Monitor attendance, shifts, and performance, address employee inquiries on salary, benefits, processes and labor issues.
  • Conduct orientation training for associates as requested.
  • Legal update to associates and clients.
  • In charge and support the recruitment process for client account under the assignment.
Client management
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, implement staffing solutions, and ensure consistent service quality throughout the engagement.
  • Provide regular reports, service summaries, and labor, HR-related consulting.
  • Maintain client relationships and ensure service quality.
Accounting & Financial
  • Process monthly billing and monitor client payments.
  • Manage revenue and expense reports as requested.
Support in Business Development
  • Maintain communication with existing clients to expand service scope.
  • Support or join with manager in approaching clients, including extension of service contract.
Others
  • Manage admin tasks in the operation of team.
  • Other assignments from line manager & company.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Minimum 02 years of experience in C&B, recruitment, general HR, HR outsourcing services.
  • Thorough understanding of labor laws and relevant regulations.
  • Solid grasp of HR management processes: recruitment, training, C&B, and employee relations.
  • Clear and purposeful communication; intermediate English proficiency.
  • Effective teamwork, time management, and task organization skills.
  • Customer service mindset; proactive, adaptable, and improvement oriented.
  • Ability to adapt and support others through change.
  • Solution-oriented mindset; eager to learn and receptive to feedback.
