Job Purpose
Lead and execute comprehensive human resources strategies that support business growth, organizational development, and workforce capability enhancement within a manufacturing environment. The role serves as a strategic partner to the leadership team in driving talent, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Strategy & Workforce Planning

Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and growth plans.

Lead workforce planning and organizational capability development.

Establish mid- and long-term manpower plans to support operational requirements.
2. Talent Management & Succession Planning
-
Design and implement talent management programs to identify and develop high-potential employees.

Establish succession planning frameworks for critical positions.
-
Lead competency assessment and performance management initiatives.
3. Learning & Development (L&D) & Organizational Development (OD)
-
Develop Learning & Development strategies to enhance employee capabilities.
-
Design career pathways and competency frameworks across the organization.

Lead leadership development and management training programs.
-
Drive organizational development initiatives to improve effectiveness and productivity.
4. Strategic Talent Acquisition

Develop recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Partner with business leaders to forecast workforce requirements.

Oversee employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s market reputation.
5. HR Leadership & Business Partnership

Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team to ensure high performance.

Provide strategic HR advisory support to senior management.

Ensure HR policies, practices, and programs support business objectives.
6. Organizational Change & Corporate Culture

Lead organizational transformation and change management projects.

Foster a high-performance culture and employee engagement.

Promote company values and strengthen organizational culture.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
-
Bachelor’s Degree or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Experience
-
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in Human Resources.
-
At least 3–5 years in a senior HR leadership role.
-
Strong experience within a manufacturing environment, preferably in organizations with 500+ employees.
-
Demonstrated success in talent development, leadership development, organizational development, and strategic recruitment.
