RESPONSIBILITIES

1. System Management & Administration

  • Manage user accounts, security groups, and access controls.

  • Coordinate with IT and external consultants to ensure system stability and optimal performance.

2. Business Process Analysis & Improvement

  • Collaborate with Finance, Production, Supply Chain, and other departments to analyze business needs and improve workflows.

  • Work with ERP consultants to translate business requirements into Epicor configurations or BPM logic.

  • Develop BAQs and reports to support business analysis and decision-making.

3. Support & Training

  • Conduct training sessions, prepare user manuals, and develop workflow documentation.

  • Ensure new users are properly onboarded and trained on relevant system modules.

  • Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with Epicor support partners (e.g., Data V Tech).

4. Data Management & Reporting

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness across all modules.

  • Manage DMT templates for mass data uploads or corrections.

  • Support monthly and quarterly closing activities in coordination with the Finance team.


REQUIREMENTS

1. Education Background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field.

2. Work Experience

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with the Epicor ERP system.

  • Experience with Epicor implementation and system upgrades, preferably in a manufacturing company.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel).

3. Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

Knowledge

  • Understanding of Epicor ERP structure, including modules: Finance (GL, AP, AR), Inventory, Purchasing, Production, Job Costing, and MES.

  • Strong knowledge of BPM (Business Process Management), BAQ (Business Activity Query), Dashboards, and DMT (Data Management Tool).

  • Understanding of manufacturing workflows and cost accounting processes.

  • Understanding of internal control and audit requirements related to ERP systems.

Skills

  • Proficiency in BAQ and dashboard design, report creation, and data validation.

  • Experience in UAT, Go-Live, and post-implementation support.

  • Strong problem-solving and system troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to train and guide users effectively across departments.

  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

  • English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).


WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Location: Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Tay Ninh Province (shuttle bus from HCMC / Dong Nai / Binh Duong)

  • Working time: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00

  • Meals: Canteen provided
