HR ADMIN SPECIALIST
We are looking for an HR Admin Specialist to join our HR Group. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing and managing various HR administrative tasks and general affairs operations within the company.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Recruitment
- Support the coordination of interviews and communication with candidates.
- Update and oversee recruitment progress to follow up with appropriate stakeholders.
- Proceed offering and ensure the compliance and transparency of recruitment process.
- Act as the primary contact point to give guidance to new employees to ensure smooth onboarding process
- Collect and record timesheet, leave and overtime to prepare monthly payroll.
- Work with government departments to submit SMUI and PIT documents to ensure benefits and obligations for employees.
- Prepare data for goal setting, evaluation and promotion plan based on Company regulations.
- Conduct exit interview.
- Coordinate organizing internal activities, birthdays, events, and internal communications.
- Assist in communication efforts to promote company values and HR policies.
- Support foreigners to apply visa, visa extension, work permit, temporary residence card, register e-sim, etc.
- Prepare necessary resources for domestic and overseas business/ training trips.
- Carry out procedures to update enterprise registration certificate, authorization letters, company regulations, operating regulations (if any).
- Prepare documents for state agency inspection (e.g., Social Insurance, HEZA, DOLISA, Tax departments)
- Organize annual health check- up for employees.
- Support office administrative tasks (stationery, document filing, visitor reception, etc.).
- Support overall office management and monitor facility maintenance and repair tasks.
- Assist in vendor payments, inventory checking, arranging office supplies, working with vendors for quotations, service bookings, and managing related contracts.
- Other tasks to be assigned by team leader.
Require
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in Korean (TOPIK 5 or above)
- Proven hands-on experience in HR roles.
- Experience with report writing and data analytics.
- Strong understanding of Vietnamese labor law and HR operations.
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working at Korean or IT companies.
