Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market analysis, research, and survey potential markets; develop company products for international markets.
Manage existing customers and expand potential customer base.
Search for and develop new clients; conduct negotiations, discussions, and close deals.
Carry out sales processes: support contract drafting, export documentation (with support from relevant departments), and order tracking.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plans.
Coordinate with related departments such as factories and logistics to connect ordering – production – shipment, and resolve customer-related issues.
Consult and introduce products: provide detailed information about products, equipment, or technical solutions suitable for customer needs.
Update and manage customer data in the system and prepare required reports.
Support implementation of promotional campaigns, trade fairs, and exhibitions (if any).
Collect market, customer, and competitor information and report to the Team Leader and Branch Director.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
Education:
College degree or higher.
Major:
Graduated in Business, Marketing, Foreign Trade, or related fields.
Foreign Languages:
Basic communication and email writing in English or Korean.
IT Skills:
Proficient in office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in sales.
Experience in international business in food or food ingredients is preferred.
Priority given to candidates with experience in markets such as the US, Europe, Southeast Asia, etc.
Preference for candidates who have worked at companies such as ACC, Vedan, Tay Ninh Tapioca, Sam Nhut, etc.

Willingness to travel internationally for business trips.
