The position is to support Accounting Department to review and process reimbursement claims for business travel expenses, support front-line staff with submitting and completing travel expense claims
KEY RESPONSIBILITY
- Checking and entering payment documents (Division checker)
- Check all payment documents of employees and suppliers, make sure valid invoices and accompanying documents to meet the payment requirements of the company
- Enter payment information and perform expense recognition operations on the system for payments to suppliers; done on SAP / Process Director tool
- Making some simple corrective entries as required by Manager
- Administrative procedures and support sales department (Sales admin)
- Perform internal processes to support sales in business trips and customer events of the company: sponsorship procedures, receptions, visas, etc.
- Read and update project information from Bidding news
- Making purchase requests, translation & related payments of the sales department
- Drafting some dispatches as required by the sales department
- Book air tickets, car rental for parts in office
- Support printing papers, get signatures when required
- Other administrative tasks assigned by Manager
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Accounting, Tax, Business, Economics or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in accounting field (AP Accounting, Tax, General Accounting) or in related roles
- Good command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Familiar with systems using
- Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
- Clear internal communication skills and collaborative working style.
- Ability to work in a structured, process‑driven environment & manage multiple tasks
- Salary: up to 15 mil gross
