Project Manager

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering large-scale construction developments? We're partnering with a leading developer to identify a high-caliber professional who can lead complex projects from planning through successful completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and construction management.
- Take ownership of project scope, budget, schedule, quality, safety, and technical execution.
- Develop and monitor detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams and stakeholders.
- Conduct constructability reviews and provide technical recommendations.
- Oversee construction activities, monitor progress, and proactively resolve project issues.
- Review contractor submissions and provide timely feedback to maintain project schedules.
- Ensure projects are delivered within budget while meeting the highest quality standards.
- Enforce contractor compliance with project timelines and contractual obligations.
- Prepare regular project reports and communicate directly with clients, senior management, and executive leadership.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
- Grade I Project Management Certificate.
- Extensive experience managing large-scale 5-star hotels/resorts, mixed-use developments, high-rise buildings, or commercial centers.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
