Senior Product Manager – Pharmaceutical Industry

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Our client, a leading multinational healthcare company, is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy and marketing excellence within its pharmaceutical business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.

• Lead the planning and implementation of marketing activities to drive product growth and market share.

• Conduct market analysis, customer insights gathering, and competitive intelligence to identify business opportunities.

• Define product positioning, key messaging, and promotional strategies for target customer segments.

• Monitor product performance and recommend actions to optimize business results.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Medical, Sales, Market Access, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial Operations.

• Manage product budgets, forecasts, and business performance reporting.

• Ensure all activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• Strong Product Management experience within a multinational pharmaceutical company.

• Proven Oncology experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies. 

• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Fluent English communication.

Preferred

• Experience in specialty care, innovative therapies, or highly specialized pharmaceutical products is a plus.
