Manage and complete stamping tooling/sheet metal product introduction, supplier development, process control and quality management, responsible for new product development to pre-production technical specification confirmation and production conversion, and can supervise the production process and quality control.

Manage and complete stamping tooling/sheet metal product introduction, supplier development, process control and quality management, responsible for new product development to pre-production technical specification confirmation and production conversion, and can supervise the production process and quality control.
Descriptions:
- Familiar with stamping die design and mechanical products (metal/sheet metal/stamping parts) cost, can provide quick and accurate cost assessment and quotation.
- Have accurate understanding and supervision of product and mold performance, production process and quality.
- Responsible for supplier development, selection and certification.
- Responsible for supplier process audit and guidance.
- Ensure the product quality.
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering
- Good communication skills, proactive, self-disciplined.
- Proficient in Vietnam listening, speaking, reading and writing, and Chinese or English reading and writing is a plus.
- More than 5 years of working experience in stamping or sheet metal products, with good field process guidance, problem finding ability and project coordination ability, familiar with machining, hardware, stamping, surface treatment process and cost analysis.
- Working experience in a large foreign company is a plus, with experience in plant and supplier management, able to establish good and effective cooperative relationship with them.
