PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICER - PMO

OVERVIEW
We are seeking a PMO resource to join our dynamic team. This role will support of the project that will deliver a banking transformation. This includes driving project governance, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and ensuring alignment between business and technology stakeholders. The PMO will help establish the foundation for successful execution of the full transformation program.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Support planning and execution of pre-study/Implementation activities across multiple workstreams
  • Develop and maintain project plans, dashboards, and milestone trackers
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and steering committees
  • Track and report progress, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure documentation of scope, requirements, and decisions
  • Coordinate with business analysts, architects, and vendor teams
  • Assist in resource planning and budget forecasting
  • Prepare executive-level reporting and presentations
  • Support change management and communication efforts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Require
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or related field
  • English is a must have. Korean-speaking candidates will have an added advantage
  • 3+ years of experience in external client facing project management or PMO roles
  • Some experience in banking or financial services, preferably in core banking projects
  • Understanding of project governance frameworks (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Proficiency in tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in a client-facing role, with a track record of managing client relationships
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification will be an added advantage
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-country environment
  • Experience with vendor coordination and SOW management.
