This role will be responsible for designing and implementing performance management frameworks, driving organizational effectiveness, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of the company's performance management framework.
- Design and enhance KPI setting, goal alignment, performance review, and evaluation processes.
- Partner with business leaders to establish performance metrics and drive accountability across functions.
- Build and standardize performance management policies, procedures, and governance.
- Analyze performance data and provide insights to support workforce and organizational decisions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to employee performance and productivity.
- Coach managers on performance planning, feedback, and performance improvement practices.
- Support broader HR transformation and organizational development initiatives.
- Oversee and support the Vietnamese employee population from a performance management perspective.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- Solid experience in Performance Management, Organizational Development, Talent Management, or HR Business Partnering.
- Strong hands-on experience in designing KPI frameworks, performance evaluation systems, and performance calibration processes.
- Proven track record in building or enhancing HR systems, policies, and frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and change management capabilities.
- Experience within the education sector is preferred but not mandatory.
- Fluent Vietnamese and professional working proficiency in English.
