Position: Store Manager
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Working Place: HCM / HN

Job Summary:
A Team Manager is an ambassador of the Brand. You will take ownership to lead and mentor your team, build Client relationships, proactively further the achievement of sales goals, and ensure that the highest level of Client experience is delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
A. Sales Management:
-
Responsible for developing and implementing realistic plans to achieve the retail store's business goals; execute, monitor, and achieve the store's business targets.

Analyze business data/information and propose appropriate solutions to develop/improve such data/information.
B. Product Management / Store Visuals:
-
Ensure the store layout and arrangement adhere to company guidelines.

Responsible for planning weekly/monthly/quarterly activities for sales operations and developing the store's image.

Control the store's inventory.
C. Personnel Management:
-
Train sales staff: Understand the importance of training and coaching in sales skills to drive the company's sales targets.

Plan and allocate tasks effectively within the store to ensure smooth operations.

Resolve team personnel issues, foster cohesion, and create a positive and efficient work environment.

Participate in recruiting staff for the store.
D. Customer Service:

Adhere strictly to the company's customer service policies for the store.

Resolve and manage customer service issues for the store, ensuring benefits and satisfaction for customers.

Key Requirements:
-
High school graduate with proficient English or Chinese communication skills.
-
Preferably over 3 years of experience in retail store management within the apparel industry (men's, women's, children's, etc.).

You are able to travel for work both within Vietnam and internationally.

Proficient in using office software.

Logical thinking with a sales mindset.

Passionate about fashion and sales, energetic.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Curious, courageous, creative, and a team player.
