Team Leader, Purchasing

• Develop and manage suppliers based on the company policy.  
• Negotiate with supplier for the best price, delivery, payment term and establish the contract in compliance with company regulation.  
• Work with cross-functional team to setup/optimize sourcing related procedure.  
• Drive problem analysis and solving activities to meet the requirements.  
• Drive total cost analysis and continuous cost reduction activities with suppliers and end user.  
• Building strong relationships with internal customer and external suppliers.  
• Deactivate the tail suppliers based on the yearly purchasing record. 

• Preferred Bachelor or above degree Business/Industrial/Engineering background. 
• Minimum 4 years’ solid working experience in the industrial company supplier chain/ technical/ quality function.  
• Preferred 1+ years team management experience.  
• Preferred the coordination experience with Admin, MRO, Facility, EHS and Logistics.  
• Lead cross-function team projects ability to work in a matrixed organization.  
• Work closely with end users and global team to fully meet the requirements.  
• Familiar with Vendor management platform (SSP/SRM).  
• Basic Oracle knowledge.  
• Capabilities in reading and writing English. CET-6 or equal capabilities is a must.  
• Follow the global policy and procedure.  
• Continuous yearly cost reduction activities.   
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results independently or working with others.  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  
• Experience with networked PC based computer systems.
