Job Summary  

The Senior Designer (UI/UX) is responsible for leading the design process from concept to execution, delivering high-quality, user-centered designs for websites and mobile applications aligned with branding and product goals. This role ensures design consistency, enhances user experience, and contributes to overall product quality.  

I. Responsibilities  

Duties & Responsibilities  

• Lead the conceptualization of creative ideas with clients to develop website/application designs.  

• Ensure consistency of design for websites and mobile applications by enforcing content standards and branding guidelines.  

• Design visual imagery and UI components for websites and mobile apps, ensuring alignment with client branding.  

• Work with different content management systems to develop and manage websites/app 

• Communicate design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes. 

• Incorporate functionalities and features into websites and mobile applications to enhance user experience.  

• Develop high-fidelity designs, including layouts, typography, and color systems, ensuring usability and consistency.  

• Prepare design plans and present website/ mobile app screen structures to clients and team members. 

• Provide guidance to junior designers (if any) and contribute to maintaining overall design quality within the team.  

• Apply UX best practices to enhance usability and improve user experience across products.  

Reporting and Monitoring   

• Monitor and report on the progress of website and mobile app design projects.  

• Analyze and report on user feedback to improve website and mobile designs.  

• Monitor product(s) performance and report on key metrics to identify areas for improvement.  

Cooperation & Collaboration  

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and preferences.  

• Work closely with team members, including developers and content creators, to ensure website designs meet project goals and timelines.  

• Coordinate with stakeholders to incorporate feedback and revisions into website & application designs.  

II. Requirements and skills  

Requirements  

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic design or related field  

• At least six (06) year working experience as UI/UX Designer or Web/App Designer   

Knowledge 

• Work knowledge of the English Language Requirements and skills;  

• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign);  

• Understanding of design principles, including responsive design and user experience; 

• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for web design and development;  

• Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) and website hosting platforms;  

• Awareness of current design trends and best practices in web design.   

Skills 

• Good visual design skills with attention to detail;  

• Good communication and collaboration skills; 

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment;  

• Problem-solving skills to address design challenges and user experience issues; 

• Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines;  

Ability 

• Ability to translate client requirements into creative and innovative website designs;  

• Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities;  

• Capacity to work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards;  

• Willingness to learn new technologies and design techniques to enhance skills and capabilities;  

• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)  

• Nice to have: knowledge of web publishing would be a huge plus

IV. Location & Working time
