We are partnering with a well-established financial services organization to look for a Sales Supervisor who will lead a small team and drive business growth within the SME segment, focusing on asset-based financing solutions for corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities

Team Management & Delivery

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales executives to achieve business targets
  • Monitor team performance and ensure effective execution of sales strategies
  • Provide hands-on guidance in client engagement, deal structuring, and closing

Business Development

  • Identify and acquire new SME clients across sectors such as manufacturing, construction, and related industries
  • Develop client pipeline through multiple channels (direct outreach, networking, referrals, etc.)
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate clients

Solution Advisory

  • Understand client needs and propose suitable financing solutions aligned with their business operations
  • Support clients throughout the deal lifecycle, from initial engagement to contract finalization

Risk Awareness

  • Conduct initial assessments of client profiles and financial conditions
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., credit and risk teams) to facilitate deal approval

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of team management experience (small team size acceptable)
  • Proven track record in B2B sales within financial services, leasing, banking, or related industries
  • Strong leadership with hands-on involvement in sales execution
  • Experience in coaching and developing team members
  • Good communication skills in English
