Senior HRBP Manager

Key responsibilities

• Partner with site and functional leadership to design and execute HR strategies covering talent, culture, and organizational capability aligned to business goals.
• Lead performance management cycles, succession planning, and targeted employee development programs across assigned business units.
• Drive and participate in cross-regional HR projects, aligning practices and initiatives with regional teams across Southeast Asia.
• Act as the trusted HR point of contact for employees and managers — advising on employee relations, workforce planning, and organizational change.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies, employment compliance, and operational excellence across the site.
• Identify workforce trends and recommend proactive solutions to strengthen engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
• Support the Head of HR in developing and rolling out enterprise-wide people programs at the local level.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a Business Partner or People Manager capacity.
• Proven experience within matrixed, manufacturing, or industrial environments, ideally with regional exposure in Southeast Asia.
• Strong capability in talent management, organizational development, and HR operations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate complex organizational dynamics.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of independence and accountability.
