Production Supervisor

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

1. To check and update production plan

2. To coordinate meeting of material status

3. To follow up to all concerned department for material status

4. To follow un delivery to all customer

5. To follow up to all concerned department for problem in production line

6. To avoid line stop

7. To prepare documents for export

8. To check and update of finish aced stock

9. To receive BOM data and files

10. To collect data of line stop and countermeasure to all concerned department

11. To collect data of delivered goods to customer

12. To timely report of material problems, line stop problems and finish grand stock problems

13. To check and coordinate customer order data and necessary document with marketing

14. To prepare monthly report data

 

AUTHORITIES :

1. Sign of export documents

2. Sign of Line stop and countermeasure

3. Sign of urgent parts list

4. Sign of monthly report data

 

BASIS OF ASSESSING PERFORMANCE (KEY RESULT OF NCRS / SCORE)

1. Timely report of material, production or delivery problems and proposed solution

2. Timely and accurate report of urgent materials

3. Adherence to Quality / Environment System.

4. Maintenance of all PPC documents

5. 5S score secured in the audits.

6. Meeting absenteeism target.

 

MINIMUM DESIRED PERSON SPECIFICATION

Qualification: Mechanical  / Electrical Engineering

Training: Supply Chain Management, Costing, Kanban

Skill: Supervisory Management, Leadership, Strong interpersonal skill, Good communication skills. Proactive and organized and personality

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Experience in automotive, motorcycle parts, electronics, electrical, or mechanical manufacturing companies is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in production scheduling, material planning, inventory control, delivery management, and cross-functional coordination with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales/Marketing teams.
• Familiar with BOM management, MRP systems, Kanban, and inventory management processes.
