Allowances & Bonuses

• Attendance bonus: 500,000 VND/month
• Transportation allowance: 400,000 VND/month
• Distance allowance (over 20 km): 300,000 VND/month (after probation)
• Seniority allowance: 200,000 – 500,000 VND/month
• Performance bonus: 200,000 – 1,000,000 VND (based on performance evaluation)
• Night shift allowance: 50,000 VND/night
