Customs Supervisor

Company overview: To ensure smooth daily import and export operations while continuously enhancing the work skills of subordinates. 

Main Responsibilities 

• Schedule and allocate Hong Kong–China vehicles at the lowest cost. 

• Arrange urgent import/export shipments. 

• Handle vehicle anomalies promptly, report to superiors, and ensure timely delivery of goods 

• Review subordinates’ work. 

• Continuously improve subordinates’ skills to achieve independent work and adapt to new tasks. 

• Provide weekly reports on progress, anomalies, and summaries. 

• Internal: BU, Procurement, Warehouse, CUS for Import/export arrangements, anomaly handling, Transportation for Transport arrangements, anomaly handling; FA for follow-up on transport fees, document check.  

Technical and Experienced Requirements 

• Education: Associate degree or above, primarily in International Trade; other majors acceptable 

• At least 5 years in shipping operations.  

• Proficient in Various Incoterms, Trade terminology, Document preparation and Handling anomalies in transportation.  

• Familiar with Basic factory import/export processes, Department responsibilities and escalation points, Basic customs clearance knowledge.  

• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork. 

• Excellent communication and coordination skills. 

• Strong management capabilities.
