Senior Planner, Production Planning

• Translate demand forecasts into executable production plans, ensuring material availability, capacity alignment and on-time delivery.  
• Manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and material planning by project to support customer commitments and efficient operations.  
• Coordinate raw material, component and subassembly availability to support production, NPI, rampup and phase-out activities.  
• Balance customer demand, inventory targets and cost efficiency through effective planning, issue escalation and continuous improvement.  
• Work closely with Sales/Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering and Quality teams to resolve planning, inventory and delivery issues.  
• Maintain planning system parameters and provide clear-to-build status, material coverage, inventory and scenario analysis to support business decisions. 

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field.  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Production Planning, Master Planning or related supply chain planning roles.  
• Experience in high-mix, high-volume manufacturing and multinational manufacturing environments is preferred.  
• Hands-on experience with MRP/ERP systems; Oracle or SAP experience is an advantage.  
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.  
• Able to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with cross functional teams.  
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI and Power Query is a plus.  
• Proficient in written and spoken English; Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
