Job Purpose
The Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing local sourcing capabilities in Vietnam while coordinating closely with the China team. This role plays a key part in supporting factory setup and expansion, including purchasing equipment and managing suppliers, especially die-cast mold vendors.

The Procurement Manager will be responsible for developing local sourcing capabilities in Vietnam while coordinating closely with the China team. This role plays a key part in supporting factory setup and expansion, including purchasing equipment and managing suppliers, especially die-cast mold vendors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and strengthen local sourcing strategy in Vietnam to support manufacturing operations.
- Manage and coordinate with existing die-cast mold suppliers in China.
- Lead procurement activities for machinery, equipment, and production-related materials.
- Work closely with China HQ and technical teams to ensure specifications, quality, and delivery timelines are met.
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new local suppliers in Vietnam.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and timelines.
- Support factory ramp-up and future expansion phases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
- Chinese language proficiency is mandatory (spoken and written).
- Experience in manufacturing environment, preferably in the same or similar industry.
- Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
- Willing to work full-time in Nam Dinh.
