Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for leading and executing mass recruitment strategies to support the factory’s workforce requirements. This role focuses on developing hiring plans, managing end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume roles, and ensuring a stable talent pipeline for factory operations. The position will work closely with cross-functional teams to align recruitment with business expansion while managing recruitment channels and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement mass recruitment strategies and workforce hiring plans to support factory manpower requirements.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for large-volume hiring, including operators, technicians, and other factory-related roles.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Production, Operations) to forecast hiring needs and align recruitment plans with business expansion.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, training centers, local authorities, and external partners to strengthen the hiring pipeline.
• Monitor recruitment progress and ensure the timely fulfillment of workforce requirements for factory operations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with strong exposure to mass hiring in factory/manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience in recruitment planning and high-volume hiring execution.
• Good command of English for communication and reporting.
• Established relationships with local authorities and external labor channels is a plus.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to achieve hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
