RESPONSIBILITIES
• Track and verify the completeness of procurement documents, including contracts, invoices, and related paperwork.
• Review vendor lists to ensure framework agreements and Data Protection Agreements (DPA) are signed; coordinate signing when necessary.
• Assist in issuing Purchase Orders (PO) in line with master agreements.
• Receive and maintain hard copies of documents and certifications (CPN).
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Procurement team.
REQUIREMENTS
• Final-year student or recent graduate in Economics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related fields.
• Available to work full-time for 06 months.
• Good command of English (reading and writing).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Responsible, proactive, and a good team player.
