Production Control Supervisor

• Develop and manage daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand, forecast, and factory capacity.
• Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, and Production teams to align production schedules with customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.

• Ensure timely availability of raw materials, components, and supplies to support production.
• Monitor inventory levels and work closely with warehouse and procurement teams to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Control WIP (Work-in-Process) and optimize inventory turnover.

• Track key production metrics such as output, efficiency, capacity utilization, and on-time delivery (OTD).
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production reports for management review.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and propose improvement solutions.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance teams to resolve production issues.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth production flow.
• Communicate effectively with the management team regarding production status and risks.

• Identify opportunities to improve production planning processes, reduce lead time, and increase efficiency.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead or support projects related to system optimization (ERP/MRP).

• Supervise and train production control/planning staff.
• Set clear targets and KPIs for the team and evaluate performance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in production planning/control in the electronics manufacturing industry.
• At least 3 years in a supervisory role is preferred.
• Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Good knowledge of supply chain, inventory management, and production processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Good command of English (both written and spoken).
