Internal Audit Manager

1. Position Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit professional to strengthen internal diagnosis,
• governance, compliance, and operational risk management across our Vietnam operations.
• This role is not limited to financial audit activities. The selected candidate will be responsible
• for reviewing operational processes, working practices, approval systems, labor/compliance
• risks, and overall internal control effectiveness, while providing practical improvement
• recommendations.
• In particular, we are looking for a candidate who understands logistics business operations
• and supply chain structures, and who can proactively identify operational risks and support
• the enhancement of governance systems.

2. Key Responsibilities
① Internal Audit & Operational Diagnosis

• Conduct internal audits across business operations and corporate functions
• Review operational processes and internal control effectiveness
• Identify operational inefficiencies and potential risk factors
• Investigate abnormal operational practices and policy violations
• Develop improvement recommendations and manage follow-up actions

② Compliance & Risk Management

• Monitor compliance with company policies and local regulations
• Review approval processes and operational governance structures
• Support investigations related to ethics, misconduct, labor, and compliance issues
• Identify potential risks and support preventive control activities
• Support implementation of HQ and Regional governance policies

③ Process Improvement & Governance Enhancement

• Recommend improvements to SOPs and operational processes
• Strengthen standardization and internal control systems
• Support continuous operational risk improvement activities
• Assist in establishing and improving organizational governance frameworks

④ Reporting & Communication

• Prepare audit reports and management presentations
• Report diagnosis findings and improvement plans to management
• Coordinate improvement activities with relevant departments
• Support communication with HQ and Regional organizations

3. Qualifications Required

• 6~15 years of relevant experience
• Practical experience in Internal Audit, Compliance, or Risk Management
• Experience working in multinational companies or large organizations
• Experience in operational audit activities
• Strong analytical and risk identification capability
• Professional communication skills in English
• Ability to independently conduct interviews and investigations

Preferred

• Experience in Big 4 accounting firms
• Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or service industries
• Understanding of logistics operations and supply chain structures
• Experience in forwarding, warehouse operations, transportation, or contract logistics
• (CL) is highly preferred
• Experience in internal control and compliance system implementation
• Experience handling labor, ethics, or operational risk issues
• CIA / CPA / ACCA or related professional certifications
• Experience working within Korean companies or HQ reporting structures
