We are looking for an experienced Customs Specialist to manage import/export customs operations, handle customs-related issues, and control external brokers.
This role will function as an in-house customs controller to ensure smooth clearance and minimize operational risks.

■ Basic Qualifications
- 5~10+ years of hands-on experience in customs clearance or customs compliance
- Proven management-level local professional with practical customs operation experience
- Strong understanding of Vietnam import/export regulations and customs practices
- Experience in handling customs inspections, holds, audits, and issue resolution
- Understanding of interpretation differences among regional customs authorities
- English communication skills required
■ Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of customs EDI and declaration systems
- Existing network with major regional customs authorities
- Experience in used machinery/equipment importation
- Experience in EPE/AEO consulting
- Experience in electronics or manufacturing industry
- Experience with Hai Phong Port or Noi Bai Airport
- Korean communication skills preferred
